so once upon a time, there was a little pixel collecting clique on the internet much like the quilting bee - and it was called pill pals ! you would collect these little pill pixels into your "pharmacy" and display them like that!
THIS is my page dedicated to reviving pill pals!! i wasn't there when it was around, but ive discovered it now and id really like to see it make a comeback!
